"From Ordinary"

What child is this, who laid to rest, on Mary's lap is sleeping
Whom angels greet with anthems sweet, while shepherds watch are keeping

Why lies he here in such mean estate Where ox and ass are feeding
Good Christian fear for sinners here The silent Word is pleading

From ordinary to extraordinary
Every soul would finally feel its worth
From ordinary to extraordinary
The light of the world was born
The light of the world was born

O little town of Bethlehem
How still we see thee lie
Above thy deep and dreamless sleep
The silent stars go by
Yet in thy dark streets shines
The everlasting Light
The hopes and fears of all the years
Are met in thee tonight

From ordinary to extraordinary
Every soul would finally feel its worth
From ordinary to extraordinary
The light of the world was born
The light of the world was

And now we have Christmas
Though its easy to forget
While we're racing around wrapping presents in
Pretty paper and ribbon
That the greatest gift of all
Saved our souls

From ordinary to extraordinary
Every soul would finally feel its worth
From ordinary to extraordinary
The light of the world was born

From ordinary to extraordinary
Every soul in the world would finally feel its worth

From ordinary to extraordinary
The light of the world was born
The light of the world was

Joy to the World, the Lord is come! Let earth receive her King
